Sel Chemie B.V is a family business founded in 1947 that specializes in filling lamp oil, firelighter fluids, firelighter gel, household chemicals and heater fuel. Sel Chemie is selling worldwide under the brand names SEL, Farmlight® and PetroHeat®.

Why Sel Chemie?

Private label

In addition to its own brands, Sel Chemie also produces firelighter fluids, household chemicals, and lamp oil under private label. Sel Chemie can assist in putting together a private label product and in preparing the label in accordance with the latest laws and regulations.

Own production of PET bottles and child-resistant closures

Sel Chemie manufactures its own PET packaging and child-resistant closures. Because the PET packaging and the child-resistant closure are produced in-house, Sel Chemie is flexible in the type of packaging it can fill. For example, customers can choose between 0 and 100% recycled PET (R-PET) for Sel Chemie's products, and a variety of sizes and colors are available.

In-house knowledge of legislation

Sel Chemie has knowledge of the latest laws and regulations when it comes to labelling, packaging, UN-approval, transport and storage. As a customer, you are therefore assured of a product that complies with the latest legal requirements.
