The Manifesto of EUROPEN is built on three key pillars that aim to drive the future of Europe’s green and competitive growth.

The first pillar focuses on better regulation and swift implementation of legislation under the EU Green Deal and Circular Economy Action Plan. Timely execution of these policies is crucial, but they must be aligned with upcoming initiatives to create effective frameworks that meet ambitious sustainability goals.

The second pillar calls for the strengthening of the Single Market and the deployment of an industrial strategy that enhances competitiveness and drives decarbonization. A robust European market is vital for maintaining global industrial leadership and requires policymakers to create an environment that fosters innovation and R&D investment.

Lastly, the third pillar emphasizes the importance of enhancing social cohesion, skills, and consumer protection to ensure a fair transition. The twin transition towards a sustainable future must be inclusive, promoting social cohesion, consumer protection, and skill development to ensure Europe's workforce is prepared for the changes ahead.
