On 19/02/2024, the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain published a new circular regarding the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/1616 on recycled plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (version 1.0)

The purpose of this circular is to describe the different steps to be followed to comply with the requirements of the new Regulation (EU) 2022/1616.
