Last week IBE-BVI Group commemorated its 70th anniversary with a special event dedicated to exploring the future of packaging. The celebration began with a dynamic conference featuring presentations from industry experts, covering topics crucial to today’s packaging landscape.
The event opened with “The Mystery of Multi-Layer Applications Revealed!”, which provided insights into the complexities and advantages of multi-layer packaging solutions. This was followed by “Benefits and Role of Standardisation at National, European and International Level,” highlighting the importance of harmonized standards to ensure safety and quality across the sector.
The focus then shifted to sustainability, with “Opportunities & Challenges on Sustainable Food Packaging”, which addressed innovative eco-friendly solutions and their implementation in the food industry. The session “The Disruptive Future of Sustainability: Embracing End-to-End LCA Platforms” explored the impact of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools on shaping sustainable practices.
Finally, the conference concluded with “Packaging Power: Winning the Consumer’s Brain,” which examined the role of packaging design in influencing consumer behavior and decision-making.
The conference concluded with the presentation of the new logo of the Group.
The event concluded with a networking session, bringing together industry professionals to celebrate IBE-BVI’s seven decades of dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainable growth in the packaging industry followed by a tasteful dinner!
